The LoftNinja asked if justiNYC would mind spreading the word regarding these new commercial loft spaces that he has for rent in Greenpoint.  Of course, that will not be a problem.  He has up to 10, 000sf in a prime greenpoint location for just $1/sf per month ($12 sf annually).  There are infinite possibilities to the ideas that can come alive in these spaces.  Here's what the Ninja had to say:
